Plant Powered

This is our favorite go-to smoothie for a mid day pick-me-up.  With protein, fiber, potassium, and two servings of vegetables, there is no shame in this smoothie.





Recipe:
2 cups of kale
1 frozen banana 
1 tablespoon of flaxseed 
2 tablespoons of almond butter (we like Justin's best)
1 scoop of your choice of protein powder  
8 oz of mylk (we like coconut)
Shredded coconut for topping 

Blend all ingredients, except shredded coconut, together in blender.  Pour in glass, sprinkle with coconut, and enjoy.
